This topic got me thinking about my own PCP discovery.
I got in touch with hardcore around 94/95, started buying cd's whenever I could and than someday in 1996 I saw this cd in a store that caught my attention.
This black cover with big letters PCP - bigger bolder better. I knew some tracks from other compilations but didn't know much of it, decided to take a gamble and holy shit, it blew me away.
Started buying records at the end of 96/beginning of 97 and would pick up a pcp one now and again as well, but at that time, to many records, not enough money.
Picked up the best of Marc ACA cd in 97 and it showed me even more of the world of PCP.
While I kept going to parties and kept buying records and cd's, I never picked up the PCP virus as such, I knew and owned the hits, bit didn't make the step yet to seeing the whole picture. I guess 2002/2003 or something like that I was looking for something else/something new. I lost interest in 'mainstream' and found, amoung other things, the PCP sound.
I reckon a little later I ended up on this website and well, wel all know how what it means when you end up here

But 2002 was a good party, might have been a bit drunk, but it was fun
