Woke up one day and i was infected. i developed the nasty habit to sign, willing and unwillingly anything and everywhere i went with "2017". pcp resembles a part of my life wich i cant and wont let go.... yeah that covers it pretty much.
Started listening to house/techno in 92 or so.
started buying vinyl in '95. Very aware of the fact i had missed out on so much good music i tried to make up for at least 2 years, still busy....
went along with the system for 7 years quit my job on 01-01-07 and am now doing what i do best : keeping the core alive.

Name: xybo aka Disruptikk / Painwalkers...
Date of birth: 12-04-1976
City: Helsinki
Country: Finland
Started to collect records early 90s something with UK Breakbeat / Belgium rave stuff (thanks to H8!Machine) and slowly turned to gabber/hardcore and acidic stuff. ~94 started to make own tracks and '95 first live gig. Still do some DJ:ing and live gigs. I like all kinds of darker atmospheric tracks and early stuff (93-95 hardcore). Find my way to this forum via link to Choose live set. Nowdays producing more or less acid/hardacidic stuff (mpc 4000, tb-303, tr-909, mc-202, jp8000.. doing stuff like 303 nation, biochip c, lasse steen and laurent ho). My name might be familiar for some of the ppl from the discogs as i was one of the first hardcore mods and added quite a many records there.
Still looking for that older evil sound PCP and some others had. While i released couple of speedcore records with my friend (as Painwalkers) im not that much into 300bpm+ stuff anymore from the harderside.. maybe older Dead End, Epiteth, Fishkopf sound is also my perfered "industrial sound".
thanks..

Hi all,
since I was just a reader in the old forum,I thought I might aswell introduce myself.
Name:Marcus
Age:34
City:somewhere between Koeln and Bonn
Country:GermAny
I don't really know when or how it all happened, xcept that it must've been mid to end of '93.
I started buying PCP records coz the compilations of that time,at least in my opinion,sucked...sure there were some good ones, but I thought they mostly sucked.Which brought me to continuing the compilation dodging and go for records overall...
I don't really have a favorite track,to me,they all stand out uniquely and transport the moods perfectly.
Anything else thats doomy and dark certainly catches my attention which includes TTC, FifthEra DrStrange,Moleculez,Posthume....just to name a few to give y'all an idea.
That's about it

Best PCP live PA: Kotzaak live @ Hellraiser Utrecht Vechtsebanen (cannot remember what year)
Favourite PCP track: WOW, there are alot of tracks I really dig, here is my top 10
01. MIRO - Blue Sun (DE2001) This for me is the REAL PCP sound, heard live at Hellraiser, it blew my mind.
02. Lunatic Asylum - Chaos Effect (DE2001) This was my first PCP record I bought
03. Stickhead & Don Demon - Conquer The World (KOTZ 07)
04. Freez-E-Style - Awake in Neo-Tokyo (LOST 09)
05. Destination a.k.a. MIRO - The Trip (Narcotic Network Recordings 02)
06. Program 1 - MF Skulls (PCP 935)
07. Rave Creator - A New Mind (Cold Rush Phuture Remix) (DE2001)
08. Reign - Light and Dark (The Next Dimension) (DE2001)
09. Raw Power Organisation - 1991 (And I Just Begun)(Next Skool Remix) (PCP 003)
10. Reign - Skeletons March (DE2001)
And there are more, but hey then it wouldnt be a Top 10 anymore right
But everything The Mover has made also rocks, recently bought the CD Frontal Frustation on the Tresor label, man those tracks are really The Mover sound I like and love so much.
Well thats it for now, will be posting alot I think
