Streaming audio

Had the idea to create an option/player to play mixes. But only if you want it, because it needs webspace and traffic which I don't have enough right now.

It can be old mixes I have on my harddisk, or new mixes made by you. Or if you have other ideas...?

I think thats a good idea.
But if your short of webspace/bandwith couldnt the members contribute a small fee so you can get the extra space/bandwith from your provider.
I mean, I am also a moderator on another forum and there most of the members pay a little something each month so the Forum/website stays online. 

And if you then dont want any leechers on the site give the members who do pay special permission so they then can only listen to the audio file.

Hm, nice would be maybe to start once a week in the evening at a special fixed time (eg 21 till 23) a live stream and somebody is mixing... something like a pcp radio...

Maybe live streaming is something for the future, first want to check if there's a need for normal streaming stuff.

Or you can buy a cheap soundcard or using your onboard soundcard if you have one. If you don't want to spend any money you can also steal one from your sisters computer

I remember that that was free many years ago. To bad it isn't anymore. But you are gettig there only 150MB diskspace.. so it's more suitable for live streaming instead of on-demand playing.
