Question about the Of Suns And Moons series

I now have 4 versions on my PC of the Of Suns And Moons series as MP3
(also the records, dont worry )

But I recently got the PCP 009 LP record in the mail

This record was the first to start with the Of Suns And Moons tracks right?

Then why is this track listed as Of Suns And Moons (Phase II) on the following CD? http://www.discogs.com/release/64442

Which one is which, and what happend to Phase II then, and on which record was it released?

Which one is which, and what happend to Phase II then, and on which record was it released?

The CD version is a lot shorter then the LP version. I'm not able to listen to it right now but maybe it's a shorter remix of the original version?
