Maybe you're trying to edit it? They are password protected.
Checked the pdf file, but I'm not asked for a password, please check again HERE (right mousebutton, save target as...)

Hm, I insatlled a new Adobe Reader and finally it works... dunno what went wrong before.

hm, the newsletter thread is closed , which doesn't make much sense, because i am not aible to reply in it, that i didn't get neweletter #12. Not that important, but just wanted to mention. Maybe for some people it is... :)
