"Low Entropy - Micro Tracks For Macro People

Normally, in order to create a track, one starts with an element, such as a beat or a melody; then adds more and more elements to it; percussion, effects, background sounds, pads, more melodies, well, you know it. For this release, "Micro Tracks For Macro People", my plan was to reverse this process; to strip music to the bare essentials; just 1 or 2 sequences at a time; no complex sequencing; the main attention on a melody or a beat. The idea was to thus give the certain elements a special focus, that they might not have had in normal sequencing and producing of music. For me this did not mean that I had less work with my tracks; I didn't just create a melody or rhythm and then stopped; instead I worked on the elements over and over again, put a lot of work into them, until I finished them.
So prepare for a unique listening experience."
