i still buy old records and only spin vinyl. the warehouse party scene is still quite strong here in the UK so plenty of chance to play on turntables but a lot of clubs now favour CDJs and laptop set ups
For me the sound from CDs or digital on a large sound system is horrible. It seems like DJs have been convinced by the media that vinyl is a dead format so everyone is converting to digital, but I think we might see a revival

I have eventually started to digitise my tapes from ENERGY FM from 94 and 95. The djs include TRAFFIK, MARIE CHANTAL, SWITCH, TORAH and DSL. I have also converted all the files to mp3 as was suggested by a couple of the posters below. I’ve got about 20+ cassettes and any new links i add, i will put in this first post so that they are all in one place.
Hope you enjoy them as much as i have over the years.
