Planet Core Forum Party
« on: February 15, 2007, 09:31:34 PM »
There were always the ideas for a PCP gig, but with only thinking you don't get any results. But before you can do anything you need to have a nice location. I've tried to find something but until now no results. The main reason is that I estimate that a PCP party wil have aprox. 50 - 100 visitors. (At least not more) So to arrange a venue for a nice price you proberly need good contacts, so that's why we need you!

If you have any suggestions/tips etc. just spit it here and maybe we can give this story a happy end.

Just Locations in the Netherlands? Or would Germany do it as well? And where then?

Personally I don't mind, I'll go anywhere. But to be honoust, I think Holland is the only way to succeed for now. Apart from that, Holland is very central for most of the foreign people here. But if you can arrange something it's always worth a thought!

Naja, Germany is the most Central Pont in Europe. But i guess the Netherlands would be nicer caused by the fact that there more "hard music" loving people living.
I know a lot of People who are organisating parties in clubs so i will ask.
If its just for 50 people , why not to take a kind of youthclub? It's very cheap or sometimes even for free to rend and if you decorate it nice it can rock. Thats how we started to make our "Hannover Hardcore" Parties before we went into real Clubs. Feedback was brillinat and the atmosphere as well.

I think most of the youthclubs have a fucked up sound system. But Smoghler knows a youthclub where some parties were given, so maybe that's an option

Just people spinning PCP. You have to see it like a big PCP meeting with music. Ofcourse artists would be great but for a small party like this it's not affordable.

To make some things clear, it will be a non profit event. costs / visitors = ticketprice

Hehe, I don't know if that is an option too, but I will ask the man who gave parties before, he also likes pcp.

Offcourse DJ's can also play non-pcp stuff. And what if the don't, PCP has released enough shit to fill a night with.
