"coming over" would mean gothenburg, sweden - that's where we're based, luckily these days well connected to mainland europe with lowcost airlines.. and for ppl from germany there's also the possibility of using the ferrry over, bringing the car etc..

we DO have PA, venue and a solid (small but sufficent) crowd base - party will be 150-200 ppl, no doubt. and of course you'll bring all the friends you can bribe..it'll be an open (but pre sale only) event.

the concept the way i see it requires at least one original pcp artist to perform..otherwise it's just another fan night and not AS interesting. budget should be built to survive one-two such bookings, incl. of course his/their trip, hotel, food and unlimited supply of beer and blonde swedish teen girls (.. . .. !), then my hope is there'll be enough die hard pcp addicts on this forum that will be willing to travel over on their own expense for playing @ the party and drinking all our booze + not having to pay tickets etc etc, that way we can build a real solid line-up that'll shut everybody up and make 'em sign up for tickets.

so the questions now are three: who's up for coming over, being a part? has anybody got better personal connections for making the pcp artist bookings? we can probably do it ourselves too but maybe somebody can work it out more easily.. and, finally: do we believe in this idea, shall we make it happen - a PCP Official Memorial Night Special, Gothenburg Sweden, november 2008?? ? or not!

you gotta get miro to perform and in the original style otherwise there's no other PCP artists that will play, then the concept will fall apart.

Icepick > I know there are enough people here (including me) willing to play that day so don't worry about that. Btw, until what time is possible to "end" the party, cause I see that the old Shocks party where playing till 2 / 3 A.M. ?

end time always depend on choice of venue, for this one we'd keep it going until the morning (6-8 A.M)..

lunatic asylum doing only stuff released on the ffm labels might be an idea too.
he did plenty to make a set with only that stuff.

he still plays hardcore live but i m not sure if he s up for the ffm stuff only

Hamburg is not that far from göthenburg, would be cool if Marc and Miro can come.. you never know.

But before this, we must first check for a date when this can happen. And giving all the help we can do for Icepick + crew.

Well, it's only a 4 hours drive to Frederikshaven. From there you can sit back and take the ferry to Göthenburg (2 or 3 hours, depends on ferry)
