but we can keep it small Matt...
Just don't flyer and post it on all kinds of forums

I think you will get less people then a average biermeet ;)

Only have punk/rock/sleazy techno friends. :)

But anyway, this means there are still enough options.

i don't think a PCP party would feel right in Holland, too commercialised over there.  It definitely has to be held in Frankfurt, maybe Dark-T has some ideas for venues?

Well, the idea is not so bad, many of the oldschool hardheads are waiting for a good party I guess. In the area around Frankfurt was no real hardcoreparty for maybe 2 years now.
Besides that, finding a location could be a little problem, 'cause I'd prefer a location directly in FFM and most venues are controlled by either techhouse/minimal or techno/trance.
The only possibility I see, is to find somebody from the electro/industrial/cyber gothic scene who's openminded enough. This scene is getting bigger nowadays in Germany and I'm working in a gothic/metal/punk stuff shop. ??? (Don't know how I came to that...)

I'll keep my ears open and try to push the right buttons, there are some gothicparty organizers coming to our shop sometimes, giving us flyers and posters for their parties. Maybe they can help.

That means, we have to do it illegal. Got no problem with that, but you won't find locations like that any more in or around FFM. The warehouse partytimes in Germany are over I guess.

A few years ago we wanted to organize a party in the "Cave Club"(very cool location, catacomb style, not so big, maybe for 200 to 300 people), an independent and rock club, just round the corner of the "Konstabler Wache". But they only wanted to give us sundays for party, so we havn't done it. But now the Gothics are making party in there and it's quite electronic /industrial/EBM stuff they're playin', so maybe that's a chance. I know the Organizer, when he's in the shop I'm working in again, I will ask him.

a small club or even bar is suitable as long as it has the right atmosphere and most importantly a high quality sound system. for me travelling to frankfurt for a small party is no problem as i like the city anyway but i don't think its worth organising if only 20 people from the forum show up - may as well hold it at someone's house.

so, small scale is good but why the hell not advertise it?  i think thats why the party that marc and sheep tried to organise failed, because they tried to keep it too exclusive.  i don't know why people are scared of gabbers turning up, you won't get any hooligans at the party unless you have someone like noizewankpartycuntkicker on the flyer

Mainly Marc, I was acting like a sitting duck as usual. Also Phuture did some work. All credits go to these 2 guys. The line-up was perfect, but ... :-X

I think a party with a little advertisement wouldn't be bad, also maybe some known DJ's or producers performing (of course they need to have the "PCP Spirit"). For me a little party would be with max. 300 people. Of course you have to keep it a little exclusive, but FFM is not RuhrArea, so there won't be so much "Style Gabbers" or Hools (maybe some wasted crack junkies could show up in front of the club :shakefist: , FFM style!!!).

yeah, was a great concept but not financially viable i don't think. with a little more promotion it could have worked...oh well.

agreed, 300max capacity club is all we need - then just some smoke and strobe and we're away. would be cool if thorsten came along  :(

Hmm, since we met him in FFM @ the Head/Recordshop Neutral in 2004 I've never seen him again. The only guys who could maybe get in contact with him would be Marc or Miro I guess. :-\
