May I ask you why you're selling it?
- I'm a digitally controlled oscillator, trapped in a matrix modulation system -

in my new studio i work mostly digital and i work with a lot of DSP machines like UAD, Powercore & SSL Duende.
in the mix you have a lot of latency with external instruments, when you use DSP.
with synths is not such a big problem, but with drums it is.
so my 909 is not in use anymore since 2 years. i only sample the 909 somtimes.
so i thing somebody else have more use for it than me ;)
see you in 2017

Interesting! So you're not going to sell your xpander yet ;)

Btw, maybe this is a nice replacement for the 909:

Hmm, would like to have it Marc
But I don't the hell know how these things work
I've never been into producing, though I always had my own interpretations of creating music
I kept to dj-ing, and even that is on a low level lately :(

But what should the price be +/- ?
It would be fucking nice to have this

I think this should be in a museum. How could one put a price on this machine? In twenty years it will be tradable for the pencil of Van Gogh....depending on what happens in 2017, that is.
..the end is where we begin..

Marc, I think you should sign the machine with a good ink marker.
That will make it better.
By the way, always wanted to ask, what is the "insect" as Mescalinum United's symbol? What does it mean?

It's not an insect
It's a salamander

Strange that Marc sell it. Software sounds bad. And digital sound not as bold sounds as analog.
I have bought new Jomox XBase 999 from Thomann internet store, and after few weeks it'll come  :P. I think it'll be a bomb  XP :D.
