from what I heard, it's not sure if there is going to be a vinyl release...

I was talking to Stefan of the party (Hell-e-gom)
But they're a little afrid it won;t be sold, due to the cd dj's of last couple of years...

When it comes to Hardcore, Vinyl is gonna die, accept it or not. The small labels have no money to release them cause nearly everyone plays digital nowadays.

luckily we have quite a strong underground free party scene here in the uk where CD and laptop mixing is frowned upon so there is still some demand for vinyl.  me and my friends have no interest in playing digital.  when you're spinning on a large sound system you really notice the difference in sound quality between vinyl and digital

I wouldn't say that there isn't a demand for vinyl anymore but it isn't high enough to make it rentable for small labels to let them be pressed.

when you're spinning on a large sound system you really notice the difference in sound quality between vinyl and digital

Digital always sounds louder and cleaner. :) In the best case you can make a vinyl sound as good as the digital recording it has been pressed of.

I really am a vinyl-lover too. Still got nearly 1000 pieces in storage. But somehow nowadays I don't see any reason to take the step back to vinyl. The music counts for me now not the medium.

I love clean and crunchy sounds. :) I would trade all my records for the original master-files if I had the opportunity.^^
