Nothing on TV yesterday, so I downloaded rent Saw III and watched it with my girl. We saw Saw II in
NY and she couldn't sleep afterwards >:D
But part III wasn't as good as the first two parts. When it ended she fell asleep and dreamt about flowers growing in the sun ;)
There are some nice twists and gory scenes, but for me a bit too much deja-vu's. If I rate it from 1-10, I would give it a 7.

You're right. I have to say that the first 2 parts have some stupid things in it but the endings where great and a big surprise.

I'm going to "rent" Identity now. Sounds like a better version of Mindhunters so I don't think it will be a disapointment.

The last really great film I saw was DEAD MANS SHOES by Shane Meadows, a British film with a really dark twist at the end - recommended.

I haven't seen Saw, Saw 2 or Saw 3, and I really don't want to.

I watched 'Christiane F: Wir kinder vom bahnhoff Zoo', a true based story of a 13 year old heroin-addicted girl in Berlin. Really liked it because of the roughness and the cruelty.

They aren't so bad Smoghly and they have nice twists. Not exactly a standard "and they lived happily ever after" plot.

No, but I think they are way overdone. I like subtile plotlines.

Nah... the first one was released long before it became popular. Maybe no. II and III are a bit overdone, but hey, watch the first one and tell me again your findings.

saw was good at the start when they where in that room, but it quickly became boring after that. the twists where good, but that only covered up a frankly boring film.

part 2 had some of the worst acting i have ever seen. it was terrible, a decent twist, but it was a bit predictable to be honest.

part 3 was utter tripe. a pure money spinning excercise with some of the most pointless graphic pornographic gore scenes i have seen in a mainstream film. utter shit.

anyone see the departed? its a wicked film, one of the best i have seen this year. not seen the films it was based on however, but the acting in this is incredible. everyone is on top form, highly recommend it. di caprio is becoming one of my fav actors of the moment, seen his new one "blood diamond" as well, really good although his accent is a bit shit in it, its well acted.

No, because I won't like it :) because of my very big preconceptions (vooroordelen) about it.
