PCP samples
« on: January 11, 2007, 09:40:14 PM »
Maybe cool to start a topic about samples
Where did the PCP crew got them from?

I just finished watcing "The Lawnmowerman"
pretty cool to see 2 PCP samples in it (and some other hardcore samples)

"Strange Mothrefuker" (from DE2017 SGE)
"I am God here" (from PCP933 vs. evil)

also some smaples from the track "hardcore to the bone"
"You will die in the explosion"

Just my 50 Cents, but maybe nice to extend this Thread for all Samples...

DE 2008 - Nasty Django's "Play Da' Same Ol' Song":
"That's the way i like it baby, i don't wanna live forever!"
--> Motörhead - "Ace Of Spades" (Great song, great album 8) )

Frozen & Dr. Macabre - "Dimension Of The Doomed"
"They're coming to get you, Barbara!"
--> Romero's "Night Of The Living Dead"

"The 45 King - The 900 Number" is sampled for all releases of "9/Nine is a Classic" and "1 Gun-2 Gun-3 Gun Roar!"

And I have seen the movie where they say "I know you're in there, I got your dope" (Conquer the World, Kotz7) but can't remember... thought it was an Ice-T gangster movie or with an other famous rapper.

And the "hardcore muthafcka" sample comes from "Ice-T - First Impression" (track 2 on the album: Ice-T - O.G. Original Gangster)
And another part is taken from the track Ice-T & Evil E - What About Sex (same album)

The radio part of "6 million ways to die" is taken form Snoop Doggy Dogg - W Balls (Doggystyle album). Pretty sure that the words "6 million ways to die" are taken from the track Snoop Doggy Dogg - Serial Killa of that same album. Don't know where the original sample came from.
And the "goodmorning boys n girls" is taken from Snoop Doggy Dogg - You Betta Ask Somebody, again same album.
