It's not really a question why I started this topic
but quite a Frustration
Received this today:
PRO 500053-2 - Aphex Twin  - Drukqs (Sire Records Company) CD, Promo, Sampler

a nice thing to have, for only 5 dollars,  I thought
not so nice when I opened it...

same shit happens with my copy of miros adrenachrome release.. i told the guy that he broke it before he sent it.. just to release my anger

Well, I mailed the sender, and he contacted his posting company
took 6 months to get the money back, but I got it back, so I really don't think I should complain
But, the real problem was...can I find the record again
Luckily I did on ebay, for only 8 euro's
the first phucked up record was bought through Discogs

I can hardly beliefe this can caused by the Post. Even if it is bad packed, the CD-Juwel-case should be normaly more then enough protection. It's hard enough to destroy CDs, in my opinion you need "a lot of" violence or power for it, that isn't set free just by  way of delivering by the post guys...
Sucks in anyway...

if the case is not damaged, then the guy sold u a cracked copy.
what Placid said, u need to put a lot of force on a cd to snap it.

the problem is...
it's a promo cd fro aphex...in a "karton" cover
and the cover is pretty bended, but not really damaged
I haven't got any answer abck from the guy, but it was from USA...so time is pretty off from here hehe

I really think it has happened during transport
Sending out broken stuff, is too stupid, and does not make sense to me
everybody will always claim their money back...right?
